Have more than 8 guests? I’d love to create something that works for your group. Larger-group pricing is based on the number of participants and selected project.

Hosting should feel easy. I’ll arrive with the project prepared and guide your group from beginning to end. Here’s everything you need to know before requesting a date.

  • Every package includes project preparation, all art supplies and tools, guided instruction, setup, cleanup, and packaging for finished projects.

  • You provide the indoor event space, tables and chairs for all guests, clear work surfaces, and nearby parking or an unloading area.

    Sink access is required for select painting projects. You are also responsible for food, beverages, decorations, and venue fees.

  • Each package includes up to eight guests. Additional guests may be added at the listed per-person price.

    Recommended maximums are:

    • Instant Glam Earring Party: 20 guests

    • Signature Polymer Clay Workshop: 12 guests

    • Coffee Painting Social: 20 guests

    Larger groups may be considered depending on the space and project.

  • No experience is needed for the Instant Glam Earring Party or Coffee Painting Social. The Signature Polymer Clay Workshop is more detailed, but guests will still receive full step-by-step instruction.

  • Please provide access to the space approximately 45 minutes before the party and 30 minutes afterward for cleanup.

  • Travel within 20 miles of Bloomington is included. Events outside that area may require an additional travel fee.

  • Absolutely. Please keep food and drinks on a separate surface when possible so guests have enough space to create safely and comfortably.

  • Complete the party inquiry form below. I’ll confirm availability, review the event details, and send you a booking agreement and payment link.

    Your date is officially reserved once the agreement is signed and the retainer is paid.

  • A 50% nonrefundable retainer reserves your date. The final guest count and remaining balance are due 14 days before the event.

    Events may be rescheduled once with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to availability. Payments are nonrefundable within 14 days of the event.
